including computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery.

Our mechanical and manufacturing engineers are dedicated to the
concurrent engineering process between the manufacturer, customer
and end user, resulting in cost-savings solutions. Our
CAD/CAM database capabilities enable us to retrieve a product file
from the database, complete with material take-off and CNC source
codes and send the product to the production floor for
manufacturing. Further, we can import your drawing files and
rapidly convert them for use with our CNC manufacturing and
equipment.
VT Group's Integrated Solutions business unit is ISO 9001:2000
registered. We have NAVSAEA- and AWS-approved welding
procedures and a fully certified welding staff capable of complex
work on aluminum, OSS and high-strength steel, stainless,
copper/nickel and related alloys.
