Management
VT Group is often contacted to provide end-to-end logistical,
analytical and technical program management on our customer's
behalf. By shouldering the risk and working alongside our
partners and customers, we can provide turnkey services,
including:

Participate in integrated product teams, preliminary design
reviews, critical design reviews, milestones reviews and other
program reviews, providing input for new program development,
program strategy development and program execution management.
- Perform analysis and integration
of data from the programmatic, engineering, test and evaluation,
configuration and data management and logistics functions; and
analyze data to present project status, long-term plans and program
accomplishments in relation to program objectives, budgetary
constraints, schedules and technical requirements.
- Evaluate contractor and
government documentation and provide program, production and
financial management; contract development; systems engineering;
logistics, product assurance, configuration management and modeling
and simulation recommendations.
- Provide integrated logistics
counsel and recommendations for International, Co-production and
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.
- Provide input and
recommendations for provisioning efforts related to fielded
equipment operational safety and maintenance.
- Perform cost reduction
initiative evaluations and investigations through technology
insertion and upgrades and make enhanced supportability and cost
reduction recommendations.
- Coordinate Materiel Release
packages, develop materiel fielding and transportability plans and
perform Depot Maintenance Studies. Provide maintenance
engineering services for fielded systems modification
changes.
- Review Engineering Change
Proposal (ECP) packages for feasibility and analyze the total
impact on logistics, safety, cost and system readiness.

Provide advice, and
recommendations concerning grounding actions. Develop
Safety-of-Flight (SOF) messages, Safety-of-Use messages and
maintenance information messages. Provide technical input and
recommendations to the Army concerning the critical safety items
program.
Our personnel are located and working side-by-side with
government counterparts in the Apache (AH-64), Chinook (CH-47),
Black Hawk (UH-60) helicopter Project Management Offices. We
are also located in the Armed Scout, Aviation Non-Standard
Equipment, Aircraft Survivability Equipment, Aviation Ground
Support Equipment and Air Warrior Project Managers Offices.
